How do I migrate my account to the new platform?
Click "Manage my data" above and log in. Download your data export, then head to cuebes.eu, create a new account, and use the import option in your account settings to bring your data over.
Is my data automatically transferred?
No. For privacy reasons, data is not transferred automatically. You choose what to migrate by downloading your data here and importing it on the new platform. This gives you full control over what carries over.
Can I still use my old account?
No. This platform is now read-only for data management purposes. You cannot post, message, or use any platform features. You can only download, migrate, or delete your data.
How long will this site remain available?
This data management portal will remain available for a limited time. We recommend migrating or downloading your data soon. After the portal closes, the domain will redirect to cuebes.eu.
How do I delete my account?
Log in using the "Manage my data" button above, then use the deletion option on the data management page. This will permanently erase all your personal data from this platform.
I forgot my password / can't log in
Use the Magic Link option on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure link. If your email is no longer accessible, contact us at support@cuebes.eu.
