Create a complete profile to get discovered

A complete professional profile helps you get discovered by recruiters and makes applying for jobs easier.

Profile Completeness

Your profile needs to be at least 70% complete to appear in recruiter searches. Each section contributes 10% to your score:

  • Professional headline (10%)
  • Summary/bio (10%)
  • Current position (10%)
  • At least 1 experience entry (10%)
  • At least 1 education entry (10%)
  • At least 3 skills (10%)
  • Profile photo (10%)
  • Resume uploaded (10%)
  • Job type preferences set (10%)
  • Location preferences set (10%)

Editing Your Profile

  1. Go to Talent Bank Dashboard
  2. Click Edit Profile
  3. Fill in each section
  4. Save your changes

Section Details

Professional Headline

A short tagline that appears with your name. Examples:

  • "Senior Software Engineer at TechCorp"
  • "Marketing Director | Brand Strategy Expert"
  • "PhD Researcher in Machine Learning"

Summary

A 2-3 paragraph overview of your career, skills, and goals. This is your elevator pitch to recruiters.

Experience

Add your work history, including:

  • Company name
  • Job title
  • Start and end dates
  • Description of responsibilities and achievements

Education

Add your educational background:

  • Institution name
  • Degree and field of study
  • Graduation year

Skills

Add relevant skills, separated by commas. Include both technical and soft skills. Aim for at least 3-5 skills.

Resume

Upload your resume in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format (max 10MB). Your resume is shared with recruiters when you apply.
