Chats on CUEBES let you communicate in real-time with members of your Cubes. Whether you're coordinating a project or just hanging out, group chats keep conversations organized and accessible.
How Chats Work
Chats exist within Cubes (groups). When you join a Cube, you get access to its chat channels. Each Cube can have multiple chats for different purposes.
Chat Types
General Chats
- Open to all Cube members
- Great for announcements and general discussion
- Usually the default chat in a Cube
Private Chats
- Restricted to specific member roles
- Good for admin discussions or special teams
- Only visible to invited members
End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) Chats
- Messages are encrypted so only participants can read them
- Even CUEBES cannot access the content
- Best for sensitive discussions
