If your company already has an off-platform page on CUEBES, you can claim it to take control and manage it yourself.
What Are Off-Platform Pages?
Off-platform pages are company profiles created by the platform for organizations that haven't claimed their presence yet. They typically have:
- Basic company information
- An "Off Platform" badge
- Limited content
- No active management
Why Claim a Page?
Claiming gives you:
- Full control over the page content
- Ability to post updates and jobs
- Team member management
- Removal of the "Off Platform" badge
- Official representation of your company

- Submit your request
Step 4: Email Verification
- Check your work email for the verification link
- Click to verify your email
- Your claim moves to admin review

- Decline - If authorization can't be verified
After Claiming
Content Archives
When you claim an off-platform page:
- Previous content (descriptions, info) is archived
- You can view archived content in the management area
- You can restore archived content if desired
- This preserves any information that was there before
Updating the Page
Once claimed, you should:
- Review and update company information
- Upload official logo and images
- Write an accurate description
- Add your team members
Tip: Take time to review the archived content before making changes. It may contain useful information added by the platform.
Multiple Claims
If multiple people try to claim the same company:
- Only one claim can be approved
- Admins will verify which claimant has proper authorization
- Having a company domain email is essential
Can't Find Your Company?
If there's no existing page for your company:
- You'll need to create a new company page instead
- The process is similar but creates a fresh page
