Create your company's official presence on CUEBES. The verification process ensures only authorized representatives can manage company pages.
Requirements
Before you start, you'll need:
- A CUEBES account
- A work email address at your company's domain (e.g., you@yourcompany.com)
- Authorization to represent your company online
Creation Process
Step 1: Start Your Request
- Go to /platform/company/new/
- You'll see the company creation request form
Step 2: Enter Company Information
Fill out the required fields:
- Company Name - Your organization's official name
- Company Domain - Your company's email domain (e.g., yourcompany.com)
- Work Email - Your email at that domain
Step 3: Accept Authorization
Confirm that you are authorized to create and manage a page on behalf of this company. This is a legal agreement.
Step 4: Submit Request
Click "Submit" to send your request. Your status will be "Pending Verification".
Email Verification
After submitting:
- Check your work email for a verification message
- Click the verification link in the email
- This confirms you have access to the company email domain
- Your request moves to "Pending Approval"
Tip: Check your spam folder if you don't see the verification email. You can also request a new verification email from your request status page.
Admin Review
After email verification:
- Platform administrators review your request
- They may approve, decline, or request more information
- You'll be notified of the decision
If More Information Is Needed
Sometimes admins need clarification:
- You'll receive a notification
- Check your request for the admin's message
- Provide the requested information
- Submit your response
After Approval
Once approved:
- Your company page is created
- You become the page owner
- You can immediately start customizing

Request Status
Track your request status:

| Pending Verification | Waiting for you to verify your email |
| Pending Approval | Email verified, waiting for admin review |
| Needs Info | Admin requested more information |
| Approved | Page created, you're the owner |
| Declined | Request was not approved |
If Declined
If your request is declined:
- Review the reason provided
- You may be able to submit a new request with corrections
- Contact support if you believe there was an error
Important: Only submit requests for companies you are authorized to represent. Fraudulent requests may result in account action.
