Keep your company page up to date and engaging. This guide covers profile management, team administration, and content posting.
Accessing Management
- Go to your company page
- Click "Manage" or the settings icon
- You'll see tabs for different management areas
Profile Management
Basic Information
Edit your company's core details:
- Company name - Your official name
- Tagline - A brief description (shown in previews)
- Description - Detailed information about your company
Company Details
- Industry - Your sector or field
- Company size - Number of employees
- Location - Headquarters city and country
- Website - Your company URL
- Founded year - When your company started
Branding
- Logo - Upload your company logo
- Cover image - Banner image for your page header
Tip: Use a high-quality logo that's recognizable at small sizes. For the cover image, choose something that represents your company culture or work.
Team Management
Roles
| Role | Capabilities |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control, can transfer ownership, add/remove admins |
| Admin | Edit profile, post updates and jobs |
Inviting Team Members
- Go to the Team tab in management
- Click "Invite Admin"
- Enter their work email (must match company domain)
- Send invitation
The invited person will:
- Receive an email invitation
- Need to verify their work email
- Be added as an admin once verified
Removing Team Members
- Go to the Team tab
- Find the member to remove
- Click "Remove"
- Confirm removal
Note: Only the owner can remove admins. Admins cannot remove other admins or the owner.
Posting Updates
Share news and announcements:
- Go to the Updates tab
- Click "New Update"
- Write your update content
- Add images if relevant
- Publish
Updates appear on:
- Your company page
- Followers' feeds
Posting Jobs
Attract talent from the CUEBES community:
- Go to the Jobs tab
- Click "Post Job"
- Fill in job details:
- Title
- Description
- Location
- Type (full-time, part-time, etc.)
- Application instructions
- Publish
Content Archives
If you claimed an off-platform page, you may have archived content:
- Go to the Archives tab
- View previous descriptions, posts, and information
- Click "Restore" to bring back any archived content
Transferring Ownership
To transfer ownership to another admin:
- Go to Team management
- Find "Transfer Ownership"
- Select the new owner (must be a current admin)
- Confirm transfer
Warning: Ownership transfer is permanent. You will become an admin after transferring. Only transfer to someone you trust completely.
