Managing Your Company Page

Edit profile, manage team, and post updates

Keep your company page up to date and engaging. This guide covers profile management, team administration, and content posting.

Accessing Management

  1. Go to your company page
  2. Click "Manage" or the settings icon
  3. You'll see tabs for different management areas

Profile Management

Basic Information

Edit your company's core details:

  • Company name - Your official name
  • Tagline - A brief description (shown in previews)
  • Description - Detailed information about your company

Company Details

  • Industry - Your sector or field
  • Company size - Number of employees
  • Location - Headquarters city and country
  • Website - Your company URL
  • Founded year - When your company started

Branding

  • Logo - Upload your company logo
  • Cover image - Banner image for your page header
Tip: Use a high-quality logo that's recognizable at small sizes. For the cover image, choose something that represents your company culture or work.

Team Management

Roles

Role Capabilities
Owner Full control, can transfer ownership, add/remove admins
Admin Edit profile, post updates and jobs

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to the Team tab in management
  2. Click "Invite Admin"
  3. Enter their work email (must match company domain)
  4. Send invitation

The invited person will:

  1. Receive an email invitation
  2. Need to verify their work email
  3. Be added as an admin once verified

Removing Team Members

  1. Go to the Team tab
  2. Find the member to remove
  3. Click "Remove"
  4. Confirm removal
Note: Only the owner can remove admins. Admins cannot remove other admins or the owner.

Posting Updates

Share news and announcements:

  1. Go to the Updates tab
  2. Click "New Update"
  3. Write your update content
  4. Add images if relevant
  5. Publish

Updates appear on:

  • Your company page
  • Followers' feeds

Posting Jobs

Attract talent from the CUEBES community:

  1. Go to the Jobs tab
  2. Click "Post Job"
  3. Fill in job details:
    • Title
    • Description
    • Location
    • Type (full-time, part-time, etc.)
    • Application instructions
  4. Publish

Content Archives

If you claimed an off-platform page, you may have archived content:

  1. Go to the Archives tab
  2. View previous descriptions, posts, and information
  3. Click "Restore" to bring back any archived content

Transferring Ownership

To transfer ownership to another admin:

  1. Go to Team management
  2. Find "Transfer Ownership"
  3. Select the new owner (must be a current admin)
  4. Confirm transfer
Warning: Ownership transfer is permanent. You will become an admin after transferring. Only transfer to someone you trust completely.

  • Update your profile when company details change
  • Remove closed job postings promptly
  • Post updates regularly to stay engaged
