Creating a Job Posting

  1. Go to Recruiter Portal
  2. Click Post New Job
  3. Fill in the job details
  4. Save as draft or publish

Job Information

Basic Details

  • Job Title - Clear, searchable title
  • Company - Select from your managed companies or post as individual
  • Job Type - Full-time, part-time, contract, etc.
  • Experience Level - Entry to executive

Location

  • Work Type - Remote, hybrid, or on-site
  • City - For hybrid/on-site positions
  • Country - Location country

Compensation

  • Salary Range - Min and max (optional but recommended)
  • Currency - EUR, USD, GBP
  • Period - Per year, month, or hour

Job Content

  • Description - Full job description with responsibilities
  • Required Skills - Key skills needed
  • Benefits - Perks and benefits offered

Application Settings

  • Deadline - Optional application deadline
  • Questions - Custom questions for applicants

Job Statuses

  • Draft - Saved but not visible
  • Published - Live and accepting applications
  • Paused - Temporarily hidden
  • Closed - No longer accepting applications

Managing Applications

Track applicants through the ATS pipeline:

  1. Go to Recruiter Portal
  2. Find the job listing
  3. Click View Applications
  4. Review each applicant
  5. Update status as you progress

Application Pipeline

  • Submitted → Reviewed → Shortlisted → Interviewing → Offered → Hired
