Checking Your Usage
See your current usage:
- Go to Research Profile
- Look at the "Usage" section
- You'll see: publications used, storage used, datasets, projects
What Happens at Limits
Publication Limit
You can't create new publications until you delete some or upgrade.
Storage Limit
You can't upload new files until you free space or upgrade.
Private Publication Limit
New publications must be public, or you can make an existing private one public.
Upgrading
To upgrade your tier:
- Go to Settings
- Click on "Subscription" or "Upgrade"
- Select your new tier
- Complete payment
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new limits are available right away.
Downgrading
If you downgrade:
- Existing content is preserved
- You can't add new content that exceeds free limits
- Private publications over the limit become view-only until you reduce count
- Analytics history beyond 30 days becomes inaccessible (not deleted)
