Search the Talent Bank to find qualified candidates using Boolean queries.

  1. Go to Recruiter Portal
  2. Click Search Talent
  3. Enter your search query
  4. Apply filters
  5. View matching candidates

Boolean Search Operators

Use these operators to build powerful searches:

Operator Function Example
AND Both terms must match python AND django
OR Either term can match react OR vue
NOT Exclude term developer NOT junior
"..." Exact phrase "machine learning"
(...) Group terms (python OR java) AND senior

Filters

Combine Boolean search with filters:

  • Job Seeking Status - Actively looking, open to offers
  • Work Preference - Remote, hybrid, on-site
  • Experience Level - Entry to executive

Contacting Candidates

  1. Find a candidate you're interested in
  2. Click Contact
  3. Write your opportunity message
  4. Send (uses 1 credit)

Saving Searches

Save your search queries for later:

  1. Enter your search query
  2. Click Save Search
  3. Give it a name
  4. Access saved searches from the sidebar

Best Practices

  • Start broad, then narrow down
  • Use skill-based searches for technical roles
  • Consider candidates "open to offers" not just "actively looking"
  • Personalize your outreach messages
