Today, we are thrilled to announce the launch of version 2.1 of mEUvy for iPhone and iPad. The mEUvy app is now available for download on the Apple App Store: https://apps.apple.com/nl/app/meuvy/id6743541588?l=en-GB

mEUvy is designed to assist you in your journey across the European Union, the European Economic Area, and its associated regions. We are actively working on expanding our app to include Greenland and Ukraine.

For users within the EU or the EEA, the app is incredibly user-friendly. Simply select your current country or city within mEUvy, and then find your desired destination country and city within the EU or the EEA. You can compare, explore, tour, and learn more about the countries and cities within the EU.

mEUvy prioritizes user privacy. Data related to the EU or the EEA is securely transmitted from our servers to your device in a single pull. We do not have access to the specific countries and cities you compare. On-device intelligence powers CathAI, which assists you in navigating and exploring all the countries and cities you choose to visit or compare. Rest assured, none of your personal data leaves your device without your explicit consent.

Compliance with EU regulations is of utmost importance to us. However, we take it a step further by providing users with comprehensive information about the regulations in various aspects of mEUvy. For instance, when you express your political views or healthcare interests, you will receive a pop-up with GDPR prompts and an additional request for your consent as a user. We refer to this process as Informed Consent, and it will be a recurring feature throughout your mEUvy experience.

For users outside the EU/EEA, there’s a Global Extension feature. It’s now enhanced with more data and includes more countries and cities beyond the EU. However, to activate this feature, the mEUvy app will first request your location. Your location will unlock data (already on your device) to help you compare your non-EU country and/or city with the EU/EEA countries and cities in the mEUvy database. Global Extension is disabled if you reside within the EU/EEA.

mEUvy app joins EUnify, EUorigin, and Salary Insights. Together, they form a powerful set of EU tools to help you find places to live, work, and more. This is the use case our users love, but of course, feel free to explore the app for any other reason as well.
