Japan seizes Chinese fishing boat and arrests captain

Japan seized a Chinese fishing boat Thursday and arrested its captain, authorities said Friday, alleging that the boat was sailing inside Japan's exclusive economic zone. Beijing has called on Tokyo to respect the rights of the vessel's Chinese crew members.
